Bianka Hay-Falk

Bianka Hay-Falk has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief of Staff for the People & Culture Innovation Hub and Director of People & Culture at Hexagon AB since August 2020. Prior to this role, Bianka held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at Hexagon's Leica Geosystems from December 2017 to August 2020. Bianka's journey in HR began at Swarovski, where Bianka worked from 2000 to 2017 in various managerial roles, including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Internal Services. Earlier experience includes the role of Customer Care Manager at Sparkasse der Stadt Feldkirch from 1997 to 1999. Bianka holds a Master's degree in Advanced Studies from M/O/T School of Management, specializing in HR-employer branding, and additionally completed education at the commercial college in Feldkirch.
