Prakash Jalihal

Prakash Jalihal began his career in Systematics in 1972 and has 40+ years of experience working in various key roles in Systematics (Alltech), FIS, Party Land, and recently as Senior Advisor to Global Technology Deployment Initiative (GTDI). He is also an advisor to key Arkansas groups that accelerate and innovate for financial services while also playing an influential role in HEXANIKA’s strategy and processes especially catered to FIS and product enhancement activities.  

He has held multiple positions from 1976 to 1985 and played a key role as the overall manager of development of the company’s family of financial systems. Under his leadership, the company developed the most complete set of retail banking software in the industry at that time. He was a founding member of the International Division that now has clients in over 100 countries. Systematics is now Fidelity Information Services (FIS). In his final capacity as the senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director, he was responsible for the direct management of sales and operations for the company’s business in Latin America and the Caribbean.

With 40+ years of experience, Prakash has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
