Nita Nambiar

Nita Nambiar is currently the Chief People Officer at Hexaware Technologies. Prior to this role, Nita held various HR positions at Cognizant, including AVP - HR, Senior Director - Human Resources, Director HR, and Associate Director HR. Nita also has HR experience at Standard Chartered Bank, HCL Technologies Ltd, and Polaris Software Lab Limited. Nita holds a PGDPMIR in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Presidency College, Calcutta.
