Rajesh Balasubramanian

Rajesh Balasubramanian is an accomplished executive in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Global Head of Talent Supply Chain at Hexaware Technologies since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rajesh held significant positions including SVP-HR and Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Resourcing at Mphasis, where responsible for managing lateral recruitment during a peak demand period. With experience as a Senior Management Consultant, Rajesh has guided staffing organizations in enhancing delivery capabilities and refining talent workflows. Previous roles include Vice-President and Head of People & Culture at Accolite, and Senior Director - HR at Cognizant, where extensive experience in HR and talent functions was gained over a 16-year tenure. Rajesh's early career includes technical roles, such as Senior Systems Analyst at Paccar Financial and Senior Software Engineer at Ness Technologies.
