Patricia Hubbard

Patricia Hubbard is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in research and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Cabot Corporation since February 2018, and as a member of the Board of Directors at Hexcel Corporation since January 2024, Patricia previously held the position of Vice President of R&D at Avery Dennison from 2016 to 2018. At Avient, Patricia led a global R&D team to drive growth in specialty polymer formulations from 2007 to 2016. Prior experience includes significant roles at GE, where Patricia managed teams and drove innovation in materials science and technology development. Patricia earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron and a B.S. in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
