Michael Ludwig has a long and varied work experience. Michael started their career in 2007 as a Web Producer at KION TV. In 2008, they joined Toyota as a Customer Satisfaction Representative, and then moved up to become a Lexus Social Media Specialist and Lexus Executive Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Hulu as a Social Media Manager and Social Media Lead for Customer Service. In 2018, they became the Director and Associate Director of Customer Experience and Social Media at Guthy|Renker. Most recently, they joined Hexclad Cookware as the Director of Customer Service in 2022.

Michael Ludwig obtained an Associate's Degree from California State University, Fullerton. Michael then went on to obtain a Teledramatic Arts and Technology degree from California State University, Monterey Bay, with a focus in Radio, Television, Film, and Technology. In 2014, they obtained a Sprinklr Certified Admin certification from Sprinklr, and in 2016 they obtained an Advanced Admin Certification from Sprinklr.
