Mariusz Pełechaty 💬

Mariusz Pełechaty has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at ifirma.pl. From 2007 to 2015, they held the position of Head of Social Media at J. Walter Thompson Group Poland, where they were responsible for developing successful brand strategies for multiple local and international brands. Mariusz then joined Uniwersytet Wrocławski in 2013 as a Lecturer until 2016. In 2016, Mariusz co-founded Hexe Capital, a venture hub focused on building digital products and services. Mariusz also worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Friendly Finance Group from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Mariusz holds the position of Head of Growth at KODA, where they previously served as the CEO from 2019 to 2022 and as the Head of Product from 2016 to 2019.

Mariusz Pełechaty pursued their higher education from 2003 to 2008 at the University of Wroclaw. During this time, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Journalism and social communication.
