Syamroni .

Syamroni began their work experience in 2000 at PT Kadera AR Indonesia as a Welder, where they primarily worked on welding frame seats. In 2003, they moved to PT Hexindo Adi Perkasa Tbk and took on a Warehousing role, which involved tasks such as receiving, binning, picking, packing, and managing lead time.
