Jamie McMillen Cook, ACC, is a seasoned professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as the Global Leadership Development Manager at Hexion Inc. since June 2021. With extensive experience, Jamie advises colleagues on associate development strategies, collaborates with HR stakeholders, and oversees the design and delivery of strategic leadership programs. Prior roles include Learning and Development Partner at Delta Gamma, where Jamie led company-wide training strategies and facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Jamie's career also includes a managerial position at Case Western Reserve University and roles focused on leadership and civic engagement at the University of South Florida and Phi Mu Fraternity. Jamie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education, College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida.
