Gina Bartlett

Gina Bartlett currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager for the South at HEXPOL Compounding, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Gina worked at The Carlstar Group in various capacities including Global Process Engineer and Cure Engineer from January 2015 to March 2021. Gina's earlier experience includes serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt at SGL Group - The Carbon Company from July 2012 to December 2014, and as an R&D Cure Engineer at The Carlstar Group from July 2011 to July 2012. Gina began their career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where tenure lasted from April 1996 to July 2011 as a Process Engineer. Gina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Martin, graduating between 1988 and 1992.
