Brenda Young has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning in 2009 as a Secretarial Assistant at COPIME. Brenda then moved to Cablevisión Fibertel in 2011 as a Telemarketer. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Care Analyst at Costa Crociere S.p.A. and then moved to Furlong Incoming in 2014 as an Operations Executive. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Executive at Metropolitan Touring. In 2017, they moved to Viajobien.com as an Operations Executive. In 2018, they joined Rappi as a Sales Manager, Partner Support Manager and Senior Sales Account Executive. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Support Manager at Fichap. In 2021, they joined WISBOO as an Onboarding Specialist and Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Manager at Atlas.

Brenda Young obtained a Technical Degree in Tourism Services Management from La Suisse CEPEC in 2012, as well as a Guide of Tourism and Heritage Interpreter from the same institution in 2012. In 2020, they obtained a degree in Environmental Education from Ambiente Vitrubio, focusing on the environment and nature. Brenda also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2020: one in Marketing for Small Businesses and one in Improving Active Listening Skills. In April 2022, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience (CX) from Coderhouse.
