Justine Dichaves

Justine Dichaves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2018, they served as a Project Head and Logistics Head for the Ateneo Catechetical Instruction League, organizing events such as the Threshold Challenge cooking competition. In 2019, they were a Project Head for TUGON Ateneo's Adoption Awareness Month and served as a Logistics Core member for Habitat for Humanity - Blue Chapter. Justine also worked as an Assistant Vice President for Finance in the Development Society of the Ateneo, where they managed cash flows and assisted with reimbursements. Additionally, they were the Student Manager for the Ateneo Golf Team, overseeing a team of players and maintaining their database. In 2020, Justine became the Deputy Project Manager for a fieldwork activity in The Economy, Society, and Sustainable Development Course. Justine also served as the Secretariat for the Philippine Development Youth Congress organized by the Development Society of the Ateneo. In 2021, they interned as a Policy Advocacy Unit Intern at Pambansang Kilusan ng mga Samahang Magsasaka (PAKISAMA), conducting research and producing policy briefs. Justine also worked as a Project Manager for a capacity-building seminar for Filipino fisherfolk members. Currently, Justine is an Account Manager at Hey You App.

Justine Dichaves attended Immaculate Conception Academy from 2005 to 2018, where they earned their High School Diploma. Justine then went on to pursue a degree in AB Development Studies at Ateneo de Manila University from 2018 to 2022. Their specialization during their studies included Development Management and Urban and Regional Development. In addition to their academic qualifications, Justine also obtained a certification as a CSV Practitioner Class I Enabler from the Shared Value Initiative Affiliate (David D. Laurel) in April 2021.
