Louie Johnson

Louie Johnson has diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Louie currently works as an Art Director at Hey, since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Designer and Art Director at their own venture, louiej.com, from June 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Designer/Junior Art Director at Cole & Weber from June 2017 to June 2019. Louie also has experience in freelance design, where they worked as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Production specialist from February 2016 to May 2017. Louie started their professional career as a Junior Designer at POSSIBLE, where they worked from September 2014 to February 2016. Louie initially joined the company as a Design Intern in June 2014 and worked till September 2014. Louie gained further experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Noble House Hotels & Resorts from June 2011 to August 2011. Prior to that, they served as the Graphics Manager and Graphic Designer at The Daily Evergreen from March 2010 to May 2011 and from January 2011 to December 2010, respectively.

Louie Johnson received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Cornish College of the Arts from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they attended Washington State University and earned a BA in Communication (Advertising) with a minor in Fine Arts. In 2010, they briefly attended the Seattle School of Visual Concepts, studying Art Direction and Copywriting.
