Max Weisbrod has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Highschool Intern at Bernbaum Magadini Architects. Max then worked as a Community Organizer for Texas Campaign for the Environment in 2012. In 2013, they worked as The Design Guy for Saund. From 2014-2016, they worked as a State Affairs Intern for the American Association for Justice. During this time, they also worked as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Congressional Fundraising Consultant. From 2016-2019, they worked at Angle Strategies as a Data Director, Project Manager, and Research Associate. In 2019, they became a Manager, Business Analyst - Global Operations for Initiative. In 2020, they were the Director, Special Projects, Strategy & Operations for Main Street and the Founder of Baton Process Manager.

Max Weisbrod attended St Marks School of Texas from 2007 to 2011. Max then went on to Cornell University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Studies. In 2019 and 2020, Max Weisbrod attended Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
