Andrei Dogaru

Andrei Dogaru is an experienced professional in product strategy and development, currently serving as Head of Product Strategy & Development at HeyBlu by eMAG since September 2023. Previously, as Head of Product at Filbo from March 2020 to September 2023, Andrei oversaw product strategy and platform development, leading the organization to profitability and implementing an OKR-based product roadmap. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager and Senior Advisor at EY wavespace Innovation Center, focusing on innovative technical solutions for the Financial Services sector, as well as Business Transformation Manager at Citi, where Andrei successfully managed key initiatives in consumer banking. Education includes a BSc and MSc from Academia de Studii Economice din București and completion of the CFA Level 1 exam in 2012.
