Linda Grote

Linda Grote started their career as a Team Assistant at Diebold Nixdorf in April 2018. Linda then worked as an HR Recruiter at Detecon International GmbH from October 2018 to April 2019. In May 2019, Linda joined Studydrive as a Human Resources professional, but their employment there ended in October 2019. From October 2019 to October 2021, they worked in Sales at Net at Work GmbH. Later, Linda joined WorkMotion in November 2021 as a People & Culture | Tech Recruiting specialist. In September 2022, they transitioned to their current role as a People & Culture Manager at heyData.

Linda Grote completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in International Economics and Management from Paderborn University from 2019 to 2022. During their master's program, they had a semester abroad at Foreign Trade University in 2021, studying Economics and Management.

Prior to their master's degree, Linda obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Paderborn University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Linda also participated in a Summer School Program at Illinois State University in 2017, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften.

In addition to their academic achievements, Linda Grote obtained a certification in Data Protection for Employees from heyData in April 2023.
