James Ansell

James Ansell has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. James began their career at EY in 2004 as an Executive in Transaction Services. James then moved to Grant Thornton LLP in 2002, where they worked as a Transaction Services Executive. In 2006, they joined Deloitte as an Assistant Director. James left Deloitte in 2015 to join WorldRemit as the Finance Director. James left WorldRemit in 2019 to join Heygo as the Head of Finance.

James Ansell started their educational career by studying for the FCA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. James then went on to study international management and german at the University of Bath.

They work with Liam Garrison - Co-Founder & CTO, Florian Bölter - Product Design Lead, and Danielle Silvestro - Head of People. Their manager is John Tertan, Co-Founder.
