Emilie MASCARELL

Emilie Mascarell has a wealth of experience in the fragrance and beauty product development industry. In 2022, they began working as a Fragrance and Beauty Product Development Consultant for Emilie Consulting, a Member for WE ARE THE BOARD, and a Beauty Community Connector for HeyMama. Emilie also became a Member for Entreprenista in the same year. In 2021, they started their role as Senior Director Licensing Fragrance & Beauty at Tory Burch. Emilie worked as Global Head of Product Development / Executive Director at Le Labo Fragrances from 2011 to 2021 and as Wholesale Marketing Manager at C3 Spa Distribution from 2010 to 2011. In 2010, they also began working as International Marketing Skincare Assistant at Lancome, where they assisted the brand management team with day-to-day marketing activities, studied and monitored sales for Lancôme and its competition, worked on new products design and development, updated marketing tools, prepared presentations, boards and spreadsheets, coordinated and executed consumer tests to evaluate products in development, and coordinated and liaised with local marketing teams. In 2008, they were International Marketing & Media Partnerships Coordinator at Reed Midem, where they designed online and print marketing materials, negotiated a 120k€ media purchasing budget for each exhibition show, and developed international media plans. In 2007, they worked as Product Manager Assistant at Coty Prestige.

Emilie Mascarell completed their MBA in Marketing from Sup de Luxe in 2008 and their Master in Communication from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication between 2004 and 2006.
