Dani Axelrod

Dani Axelrod is a seasoned professional in retail operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Dani serves as the VP of Store Operations and Expansion at Rowan, overseeing studio operations, real estate, and studio design and construction since August 2021. Prior to this, Dani held the position of Senior Director of Stores at The Lead and served as a Strategic Advisor in retail. Dani's career includes significant roles at ELOQUII as the Director of Retail Operations, at Peek Kids as the Director of Store Operations, and at INTERMIX in multiple capacities, culminating as Manager of Store Operations. Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, completed in 2009.
