Rachel Borghese

Rachel Borghese has a strong background in human resources and talent coordination. Rachel most recently worked as a People Operations Coordinator at Rowan, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Talent Coordinator at Redox from October 2021 to December 2022. Rachel also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Select Medical from March 2020 to October 2021, and as a Recruiter at Medical Staffing Options from May 2017 to March 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Step By Step Academy, Inc from April 2013 to August 2016.

Rachel Borghese attended Hilliard Bradley High School from 2009 to 2013. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the University of Cincinnati in 2013 and studied biology, but did not earn a degree. Rachel then transferred to The Ohio State University in 2014 and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus on Human Resources.
