Greg Goodman

Greg Goodman has a long and varied work experience. Greg began their career in 1999 as an Admiral's Aide for the Chief of Naval Operations Staff, where they managed complex daily schedules, reviewed correspondence, and developed speeches and presentations for the Director of Naval Warfare and the Director of Surface Warfare and Missile Defense. In 2003, they became the Weapons Officer/Combat Systems Officer for the USS COLE, where they defended the ship from enemy attack and managed two departments of five officers and 75 enlisted Sailors. In 2006, they began their graduate studies at the University of Arizona Eller MBA Programs, while also becoming the Commanding Officer of the US Navy Reserve, leading 80 Sailors who provided base security and anti-terrorism support. Greg also served as Deputy Operations Officer, C3F Maritime Air Operations, Tucson Detachment, managing a 30-person Operations Center watch team. In 2009, they became Program Manager for the Security Assistance Office at the US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan, executing a $240 million counternarcotics program and supporting a $1.5 billion Navy program. In 2013, they became a High School Teacher at Hammond School, developing and presenting curricula, lectures, and exams for 9th and 10th grade Advanced Placement, honors, and regular-level history students. In 2014, they joined Genzer Consulting as Director of Business Development, advising the president on all strategic planning matters, business development initiatives, and prospective mergers and partnerships. In 2020, they became a Licensed Realtor for Irongate Inc., Realtors. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer for HF Coors.

Greg Goodman received their MBA from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in 2008, with a focus on Strategic Planning, Program Management, and Operations Management. Greg also holds a BA in Theirtory and a minor in Economics from Hamilton College, which they obtained in 1994.
