Aseer Shamsaddin has extensive experience in environmental, health and safety, process safety management, and product quality management, currently serving as the Env, PSM, H&S, and PQ Manager at HF Sinclair since November 2015. Previous roles at HF Sinclair include Technical Services Manager, Operations Superintendent, and Supervisor of Process Engineering. Aseer has a solid background in leading technical teams to optimize refinery operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and driving operational performance. Prior to HF Sinclair, Aseer worked at TOTAL as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer, and at Western Refining as a Process Engineer, where duties involved data analysis to enhance efficiency and product quality. Aseer holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from La Roche University.
