Rachel Harbers

Rachel Harbers serves as Vice President of Global Product Strategy at Blackstone since January 2022, having progressed from an Associate role in the same department. Concurrently, Rachel holds a position on the Board of Directors at HFC (UK) Help For Children. Previous experience includes co-chairing the Future Leaders Shadow Board at Women in Banking and Finance - UK and serving on several committees there from October 2019 to December 2022. At Morgan Stanley, Rachel was a Product Manager in Investment Management, where notable achievements included winning the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Awards in 2021 and being a finalist for the Women in Investment Awards in 2019. Rachel's educational background includes degrees from the University of Sydney and the Ravenswood School for Girls.
