Chad Lavender

Chad Lavender has a strong background in the real estate industry, with a focus on the healthcare and seniors housing sectors. Chad has held multiple senior management positions at companies such as Newmark and HFF. At Newmark, they served as the President of Capital Markets for North America, overseeing the company's healthcare and alternative real estate assets. Prior to that, they were the Vice Chairman of the Healthcare & Alternative Real Estate Assets division, where they demonstrated expertise in global exclusive brokerage services, site selection/acquisition, and debt/equity financing.

Before joining Newmark, Chad held various roles at HFF, including Senior Managing Director and Co-Leader of the Healthcare Group, as well as Managing Director and Director of the National Seniors Housing Group. In these positions, they utilized their extensive contacts within the multi-housing industry to secure buyers for different types of seniors housing properties.

Chad’s experience also includes a brief stint as an Investment Broker at Apartment Realty Advisors and serving as the Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Harwood International.

Chad Lavender attended The University of Alabama from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate.
