Rosemary Rotty

Rosemary Rotty is the Director of Strategic Planning and Budgeting at UMass Memorial Healthcare, Inc. Rosemary also serves as the President of the Massachusetts-Rhode Island chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Rosemary is a Fellow of HFMA, with previous experience in financial planning and analysis at UMass Memorial Health Care, Inc and as a Senior Policy Analyst at Tufts Health Plan. Rosemary holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Clark University.
