Divya Iyer

Divya Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various roles and industries. Divya is currently working as a Practice Leader in the BFSI sector at HFS Research since 2022. Prior to this, Divya worked as a Consultant at 73 Strings from 2020 to 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Delivery Manager and Financial Research Analyst at TAS- Information Intelligence, where they were responsible for financial models, valuation, and data analysis for client deliverables. Divya also has experience in business development as a part of Copal Amba (A Moody's Analytics Company) from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate in Equity Research from 2007 to 2012 at the same company. Divya started their career as a Portfolio Manager at Allegro Capital Advisors from 2005 to 2006. Divya's earlier roles include working as a Process Associate at Hewllet-packard in 2002 and as a Coordinator for Credit & Collections at Standard Chartered Bank from 2001 to 2002.

Divya Iyer pursued their education with a strong focus on finance and commerce. Divya obtained a Master's degree in International Finance from the University of Glasgow in the year 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bishop Cotton's College between 1999 and 2001. During the same period, Divya also pursued their Honors in Econometrics from St. Joseph's College. Going further back in their education history, they completed their Pre-University College studies in Commerce from Bishop Cotton's College between 1997 and 1999. Finally, for their primary and secondary education, Divya attended St. Francis Xavier's Girl's High School from 1987 to 1996, where they attained the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education.
