Sia Rostami Ravari

Sia Rostami Ravari currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer and Global Head of Sales at HFS Research, having joined the company in June 2019. In this role, Sia has successfully led the sales team, exceeding personal and team targets in 2023, while also focusing on client growth and new client acquisition through consultative sales. Prior experience includes roles such as Client Partner and Commercial Leader at HFS Research, where Sia managed key client relationships and led new business development. Sia's earlier career features positions at China UK Development Limited and the University of Sheffield, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Sheffield. Additional educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UCL.
