Kate Jenkins

Kate Jenkins currently serves as the Interim Director of People at Hft since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Kate has held various leadership roles, including HR Director, OD Consultant, and Coach at Katalyst since February 2008. Previous positions include Interim Director of People and Culture at Ambitious about Autism, Interim Director of People and OD at Crisis, and Interim Director of People and Culture at Prostate Cancer UK. Kate's background also features roles as an OD Consultant for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and Director of HR and Organisational Development at Nacro. Educational qualifications include a BA in English & Philosophy from Durham University, FCIPD, and a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from ILM. Additional educational experience includes time at Lester B Pearson College of the Pacific.
