David Kocour

David Kocour has a diverse work experience in the environmental science and planning field. David started their career in 1991 at URS Corporation as an Environmental Scientist and eventually became the Infrastructure Department Manager. In 2014, they joined Hg Consult as the Vice President and Planning Department Manager, where they provided environmental and planning studies for infrastructure projects. David later became a Vice President/Partner at Hg Consult, and as of 2023, they are currently a Retired Vice President/Partner at the company.

David Kocour's education history starts in 1978 when they attended Maur Hill Prep. David completed their high school education but did not receive a specific degree or field of study. From 1981 to 1985, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies at The University of Kansas. Afterward, they continued their education from 1986 to 1988, specializing in Environmental Health Science at The University of Kansas for their graduate studies. Later, in 2007, David completed the Leadership Overland Park program but did not receive a formal degree or field of study from this experience.
