Matthew Spencer Pe

Matthew Spencer, PE, MBA has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Matthew is currently serving as the Transportation Department Manager and Associate Vice President at Hg Consult since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at HDR as a Highway Design Engineer from July 2015 to October 2018. From August 2005 to July 2015, they held the position of Project Manager/Project Engineer at HNTB. Matthew began their career as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from December 2004 to August 2005.

Matthew Spencer, PE, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Rockhurst University from 2008 to 2011.
