Ian Kistner

Ian Kistner is currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Sales Development at HG Insights, where Ian leads a team of 25 members based in both the US and UK. Ian has achieved significant success in meeting team targets, driving outbound pipeline growth, and enhancing team productivity. Prior to their current role, Ian held positions as a Team Lead and Sales Development Representative within the company. Ian also has experience as a Founder of Trove Surf Club and as a Surf Instructor at Lovewater Surf School. Ian holds a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College.
