Dita Hendersone

Dita is a Legal Counsel in the firm’s Legal Team.

Dita provides legal and strategic advice in connection with matters impacting Hg’s portfolio companies, including M&A, equity arrangements, capital structures, on-boarding and integration.

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, Dita was an Associate at Linklaters in the private equity team in London. Dita holds a Law with Hispanic Law degree from University College London and completed the Legal Practice Course at University of Law. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
