Laura is a Senior Legal Counsel in the firm’s Legal Team.

Laura provides legal and strategic advice in connection with matters impacting Hg’s portfolio companies, including M&A, equity arrangements, capital structures, on-boarding and integration. Laura supports the management teams and portfolio general counsel, and assists the boards to consider the structure and capabilities of their in-house legal teams.
