Paul is committed to supporting his clients’ business strategies. As principal and project manager, he combines his background in medical planning and project management to direct the programming, planning, and design process. His conscientious and detail-oriented leadership style serves the client well. Attuned to current research on Lean clinical operations, Paul works closely with the client and user groups to develop design solutions that optimize the healthcare processes. To meet the client’s goals, Paul taps into HGA’s deep resources to assemble team members whose expertise align with the client’s program, and who also work well together. He includes the client as an integral part of the team.
