Spencer Tolliver

Spencer Tolliver is a civil engineer with a solid background in engineering roles across various firms, currently employed at HGA since August 2024. Previous experience includes positions as a graduate engineer at Alliant Engineering, Inc. from May 2020 to July 2024 and WSB from June 2017 to March 2020. Spencer also held the title of Civil EIT at ISG from June 2015 to June 2017 and served as a graduate research and teaching assistant at the University of North Dakota between June 2013 and May 2015. Early career experience includes internships in environmental and water resources at EnviroScience, Inc. and Barr Engineering, as well as officiating youth ice hockey for USA Hockey from August 2001 to July 2007. Spencer holds both a Master of Engineering (MEng) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
