Richard O'Donnell

Richard O'Donnell is a seasoned professional in property tax consulting and assessment, with a career spanning several decades. As the founder of Richard D. O'Donnell Property Tax Consultant since June 2007, Richard has provided expert consultation services. Additionally, Richard has served as an instructor at the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, Inc. since April 2007. Previous roles include Town Assessor for the Town of Eastchester from 1995 to 2010, Village Assessor for the Village of Tuckahoe from 1988 to 2010, and Town Assessor for Mount Pleasant from 1989 to 1995. Richard's early experience includes working as a commercial appraiser for Albert Appraisor Co. from 1985 to 1987.
