Josh Wiinamaki

Josh Wiinamaki started their career in 1999 as a Shipping/Receiving staff at Menards, where they worked until 2006. Josh then worked as a Material Handler at Emerson Climate Technologies from 2006 to 2008 and as a Welder/Rigger at Boilermakers Local 107 from 2008 to 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Territory Account Manager at Walter Surface Technologies. Between 2013 and 2017, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Cummins-Wagner Co., Inc. Josh then worked as a Business Development Representative at Quality 'Plus' Services, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2019. In 2019, they became a Plant Manager at Humic Growth Solutions Inc. and served until September 2021. Their current role is the Director of Operations at Humic Growth Solutions, Inc. starting in November 2021.

Josh Wiinamaki earned an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they studied Welding at the same school from 2006 to 2007. Their earlier education at Milwaukee Area Technical College included studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2001 to 2003.
