Lori Rynerson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lori began their career at Trilogy as a Receptionist/Collections in 1995 and later moved on to work as an Executive Assistant at Vignette from 1997 to 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Executive Assistant at D2Audio. In 2003, they joined RLG Ventures as a Project Manager and Personal Assistant. Lori then worked at Mastodon Ventures from 2005 to 2012, where they served as a Project Manager and Office & HR Manager. Following that, they worked at Betance Enterprises as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant from 2012 to 2013. Lori engaged in contract work as an Office Manager from 2013 to 2014, gaining experience in various markets and roles. Their most recent position was at Simplot Grower Solutions | Pinnacle™ Agriculture, where they worked from 2014 until the present as a Project Management | Corporate Operations Manager | Executive Assistant. Additionally, they started working at HGS BioScience in 2023 as an Executive Assistant and Key Event / Project Management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in project management, office operations, executive support, and strategic planning.

Lori Rynerson earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Music Performance, General from Cottey College, where they studied from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Body Language and Women at Work" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and "The Top 10 Project Management Mistakes—and How to Avoid Them" also from LinkedIn in December 2020.
