Fred P Banny

Fred P Banny has a diverse work experience in the construction and engineering industry. Fred P is currently working as the Builder and Co-Leader at SPEAK since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Banny Enterprises, LLC starting from October 2020. Before entering the business world, they worked at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC as an Office Engineer and Senior Inspector beginning in March 2020. Fred P also worked at ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. as an Office Engineer from August 2018 to March 2020. Fred gained valuable experience as a consultant construction office engineer at Haider Engineering, where they helped manage the construction activities of the E. 168th Step Street project in the Bronx, New York, from March 2015 to August 2018. Fred P also served as a Senior Construction Inspector at CSM Engineering P.C, where they were involved in the Nassau County Traffic Signal Expansions Project. Prior to that, Fred worked as a Construction Inspector at VHB, where they supervised field operations on various highway and transportation projects. Fred P started their career as an Engineering Intern at NYSDOT in 2008, where they gained experience in the Structures and Design divisions, performing load rating calculations, bridge inspections, and working on various construction projects.

Fred P Banny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State College. Additionally, they hold an Associates of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Nassau Community College. Fred P also has additional certifications including American Concrete Institute (ACI), NICET III (EQV), and OSHA 30 HOURS from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
