Justin Faucher

Justin Faucher has a diverse work experience in the field of structural engineering. Justin is currently working as a Senior Structural Engineer at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate - Structural Engineer at Sargent & Lundy from January 2020 to May 2022. From 2016 to 2019, Justin was employed at Rybinski Engineering as a Transportation Engineer, where they were responsible for transportation engineering projects in Delaware, including traffic analysis and report preparation. Before that, they worked at Pennoni Associates as a Staff Engineer from March 2014 to May 2016, where they conducted structural inspections and load ratings for various bridge structures. Justin also has previous experience as a Structural Engineer at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC from August 2010 to March 2014, where they completed structural inspections and designed steel structural elements. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Intern at the Federal Highway Administration in 2009 and held various roles at the University of Delaware from 2007 to 2010.

Justin Faucher attended the University of Delaware from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Justin has additional certifications including a Professional Engineer (PE) license obtained from the Maryland Department of Labor in June 2022, a Professional Engineer license obtained from the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers in January 2015, and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification, which has since expired, obtained from the Transporation Professional Certification Board (TPCB) in July 2019.
