Matt Southard

Matt Southard began their work experience in 2010 as a Counselor at Camp William Hinds, Pine Tree Council. Matt fulfilled various roles during the summer seasons, demonstrating skills in communication, customer service, and time management. In 2014, they became a Student Instructor's Aide III at the University of Maine, where they assisted professors in grading homework assignments, tests, and quizzes. In 2016, Matt joined Hardesty & Hanover, LLC as a Structural Engineer.
