Ptp David Lapping

David Lapping, PTP has extensive work experience in the transportation and engineering industry. David currently serves as the Practice Lead - Transportation, Metropolitan Regional Manager at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, where they are responsible for the strategic planning and expansion of the company's highway/civil practice. Prior to this, David held the position of President at The RBA Group, overseeing the daily operations of multiple offices and leading business development efforts. David also served as the Director of NY Operations at Storch Engineers.
