Rafi Ghazi has an extensive background in corporate finance and capital structure. Rafi began their career in 1995 as an Associate in the Equities Division at Morgan Stanley. After a year, they were headhunted to join Salomon Brothers International, which later became Citigroup, where they held the position of Vice President of European Equities. In 2002, they moved to Lehman Brothers as an Executive Director of European Equities and was responsible for the largest hedge funds in New York and London. In 2008, they were a founder and Chief Operating Officer of ADC African Development Corporation, where they built a private equity portfolio of East and West African banking assets. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Managing Partner at Ridgeback Capital Jersey. In 2015, they became the Head of Corporate Finance at Brazil Potash Corp., where they had oversight of the company's capital structure. In 2020, they joined Estates & Infrastructure Exchange Ltd as the Head of Deal Origination, and in 2021 they joined HH2E as the Head of Corporate Finance.
Rafi Ghazi obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law with German Language from the Universities of Leicester & Frankfurt am Main between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Rotherham Grammar School.
