Erica Rhodes

Erica Rhodes, CMP, currently serves as the Event Marketing Manager at HHAeXchange, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Manager, Meetings at the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) from February 2023 to July 2024. Erica has extensive experience in event planning, having worked as a Senior Event Planner at Elevance Health from September 2022 to February 2023, and as a Corporate Events Program Manager at KCI Management Inc. from July 2021 to September 2022 and again from October 2019 to March 2020. Earlier in Erica's career, extensive experience in meetings and conventions was gained as Meetings Manager and Meetings Coordinator at UniPro Foodservice from June 2012 to October 2019. Erica Rhodes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2008 and 2012.
