Janet Monserrat

Director, Technical Customer Care at HHA eXchange

Janet Monserrat has extensive work experience in customer success and client services roles. Janet began their career at Avisena in 2009 as a Client Services Consultant, where they worked until 2012. Janet then joined CareCloud as a Sr. Client Success Manager and later became a Sr. Client Success Team Lead. In 2016, they moved to Tritan Software as a Sr. Client Success Manager. Most recently, they have been working at HHAeXchange since 2019, where they held the positions of Client Success Manager, Director of SE Region Customer Success, and currently serves as the Director of Technical Customer Care.

Janet Monserrat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University from 2000 to 2005. Janet further pursued their education at Saint Leo University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
