Andrew Tantillo

Andrew Tantillo has been Acting Associate Commissioner for Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since January 2017. Andrew previously served as Senior Federal Relations Specialist at Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP from February 2001 to June 2005, Washington Chief of Staff in the Office of Congressman Brian Higgins from September 2005 to January 2017, and Legislative Assistant in the Office of Congressman David Obey from June 1997 to February 2001.

Andrew Tantillo received their Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University.

They work with Alison Barkoff - Principal Deputy Administrator, Administration for Community Living, Miriam E. Delphin-Rittmon - Administrator, Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and Sarah Lovenheim - Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs.
