Angela Foster

Angela Foster has over two decades of experience in administrative and fiscal support within government agencies. Currently serving as a Fiscal Technician and Administrator at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) since February 2017, Angela previously held the position of Administrative Specialist at both the South Carolina Department of Social Services from March 2012 to February 2017 and HHS from November 2002 to May 2012. Educational credentials include attendance at Benedict College from 1981 to 1984. Responsibilities have included customer service support, client intake processing, database maintenance, filing, record keeping, and switchboard operation.
