Augusto Cangahuala FCX-I, UX, CSM, ITIL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and communication, currently serving as the Customer Experience Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since June 2023. Cangahuala is also a Fellow in the leadership development program at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council since September 2022. Previous roles include Customer Experience Strategist at the US Environmental Protection Agency and various positions at the Peace Corps, where responsibilities ranged from technical communications to customer capacity building.
