Robb Dilger

VP, Operations at HHS

Robb Dilger is the current VP of Operations at HHS. Prior to their current position, Dilger served as the Director of Business Development for Olympus Building Services, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2014. In this role, Dilger was responsible for leading the sales and marketing team for technical proposal production in response to request for proposal (RFP) commercial cleaning opportunities in multiple environments including large commercial airports, city and state governments, major universities, and other corporate accounts.

Dilger was instrumental in securing The Ohio State University account with 53 buildings, 4.3M GSF and transitioning 150+ team members. Robb also set up and transitioned all operations for Arizona State University with 10M+ GSF and 250+ employees.

From April 2014 to August 2019, Dilger served as the General Manager for Flagship Facility Services, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including budgeting, personnel management, and customer relations.

Dilger has a proven track record of success in leading and managing operations for large organizations. Their experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to HHS.

Robb Dilger has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Communications from Brigham Young University.
