Dr. Pradeep Pantangi

Dr. Pradeep Pantangi serves as the Chief of Staff at HI-LEX North America as of October 2023, providing strategic advice to executive leadership and enhancing operational performance. Previously, Dr. Pantangi held various roles at HI-LEX Europe from December 2014 to October 2023, including Head of Value Management & Systems and Director of Next Level Initiative, focusing on business process management, cost optimization, and the integration of innovative technologies in the automotive industry. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Combustion from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Dr. Pantangi has accumulated extensive experience in engineering, sales, and research across multiple organizations.
